About Dr. Parth Naik, DPT, CSCS:
Movement Educator Physical Therapist Wellness Coach
Parth was born and raised in Orlando, Florida. He attended the University of Florida, where he studied social work, neuroscience, and psychology. It was here that he also fell in love with studying human movement. While in school, Parth took part in a number of sports including distance running, rock climbing, weightlifting, various martial arts, and parkour. After graduating from undergrad, Parth pursued a career in mental health counseling while running his own personal training and movement education business.
After dealing with many of his own physical limitations, Parth decided to shift his career path toward his passions full-time, which led him to earn his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore. During his doctoral studies, Parth solidified his interests in orthopedics and sports medicine and pursued a sports medicine residency after graduation as Rehab 2 Perform’s first resident under Dr. Zachary Baker.
Parth brings a decade of experience in movement education, training, and rehabilitation to his work, and enjoys applying his broad experiences in physical culture to help his clients meet their goals. He strongly believes that everyone deserves the same care, consideration, and quality of treatment as a professional athlete. Outside of work, Parth enjoys moving his body, playing music, building furniture, reading, and spending time outdoors with his dog Curly.
